After the jump, we walk you through what to watch for next so you know whether a battery replacement is likely. If a jump will not fix your situation, we will tell you that before we dispatch — not after we arrive.
If a tire is low but still holding its shape on the rim, an air up may be enough to get you safely to a nearby shop. This service is for slow leaks and warning lights — not for tires that are fully flat, shredded, or showing visible sidewall damage.
When you call, we will ask whether the tire still looks intact, whether you can see any damage, and how quickly the pressure dropped. That helps us decide whether an air up is the right call or whether a spare tire change or tow makes more sense.
Ran closer to empty than planned and the car has stopped? We can bring fuel to your location so you can restart and get to a station safely. You pay the base service fee plus the actual cost of the fuel, with a gas station receipt provided.
Before we dispatch, we confirm your location, the type of fuel you need, and how much you want us to bring. We share the full estimated price — service fee plus fuel — before you decide to move forward.
If you have a usable spare and the vehicle is parked in a safe, stable location, we can install it so you can drive to a tire shop. This service requires a spare that is in drivable condition and a surface where jacking the vehicle is safe.
We do not patch or repair tires on site, but swapping a damaged tire for a usable spare can get you moving without waiting for a tow — as long as the spare is available and the location allows safe work.
When a replacement makes more sense than repeated jump starts, Haulnado can source a new battery and install it on site for standard vehicles. You pay a flat labor charge plus the actual retail cost of the battery from AutoZone or another parts store — store receipt included.
Before committing to a battery install, we will ask about your vehicle make and model, where you are parked, and any known access considerations under the hood. Not every vehicle or location is a good fit for on-site installs, and we will tell you that honestly before you commit.
