The most common questions about how Haulnado's mobile roadside service works.
What roadside services does Haulnado offer?
Where do you provide roadside assistance?
Primary coverage includes Las Vegas, Henderson, and Boulder City, focused on driveways, parking lots, garages, and safe shoulders across the Southern Nevada valley. If you're just outside these areas, we can usually tell you quickly over the phone whether we can reach you and how distance would affect pricing.
How quickly can you get to me?
Response time depends on your location, traffic, time of day, and how many active calls we're handling. We give a clear estimate based on current conditions and update you if anything changes — we won't promise exact windows we can't reliably deliver on. If someone can realistically get to you faster, we'll say so.
Do I need a membership or insurance plan to use Haulnado?
No. Haulnado runs on a simple pay-per-use model. You contact us when you need help, we give you a live quote, and you decide whether to move forward. There are no annual fees, membership tiers, or contracts required.
What kinds of vehicles do you work on?
Our roadside services are designed for most sedans, SUVs, and light trucks under three-quarter ton with standard 12V electrical systems. Heavily modified vehicles, oversized trucks, or specialized setups may need a different provider. We'll ask about your make and model when you call to confirm we're a good fit before dispatching.
Are there situations where you will not provide service?
Yes. We may decline if your vehicle is in active travel lanes, on a blind curve, in an unsafe shoulder, or where law enforcement has restricted access. We may also decline calls requiring specialized equipment we don't carry. In either case, we'll explain why and point you toward a provider better suited to the situation.
