Every quote is built the same way, every time. You hear the full total before we dispatch — no guessing, no add-ons at the door.
We start with the standard rate for what you need — jump start, tire air up, fuel delivery, spare tire change, battery install, or courier run — based on the service type and your location.
Roadside calls between 10 pm and 6 am add a flat $29 after-hours fee. Consistent, predictable, and always disclosed up front.
For roadside calls more than 25 road miles from our dispatch point, we add $1.50 per additional mile, calculated one way. For courier runs, route distance is factored directly into the quote.
For fuel delivery and battery installs, you pay the real cost of the fuel or battery. We provide the station or store receipt so the charge is fully transparent.
Once all factors are accounted for, we give you the complete total over the phone or by email. You approve it — then we head your way or schedule the run.
